As a working operations manager, you are the point of contact for our guests, team and suppliers across all our locations. You make sure everything runs smoothly on the floor and that every guest has a unique and personal experience. You maintain the quality of our products and service and are jointly responsible for the day-to-day operations and operational management.

Because music is deeply rooted in BIRD’s DNA, you will also think along about how we can continue to develop and strengthen the musical identity of our concepts.
